Here are 5 key factors to consider:

1. Location: City Center or Countryside?

Do you want to cook in a historic kitchen inside the medieval walls of San Gimignano, or do you prefer the peaceful setting of a farmhouse surrounded by vineyards and olive groves? Each offers a unique atmosphere. Choose based on what feels more “Tuscan” to you.

2. Type of Experience

Are you dreaming of making fresh pasta from scratch? Pizza and gelato with the kids? A multi-course Tuscan dinner with wine pairing? Classes vary in focus — look for one that matches your interests (and your appetite).

3. Group Size & Style

Some classes are private and intimate, others are social and great for meeting new people. If you’re celebrating something special, a private class might be ideal. For solo travelers, group classes can be a fun way to connect.

4. Language & Accessibility

Most classes are offered in English, but it’s always good to check. Also, make sure the location is easy to reach from where you’re staying — especially if you won’t have a car.

5. Reviews & Local Credibility
