We’ll start the day with a wonderful vegetable picking experience right from the farm’s own garden. It’s a unique opportunity to connect with the land and understand the importance of fresh ingredients in authentic Tuscan cuisine.
Then prepare truffle bruschetta and 2 types of handmade pasta, one seasoned with truffle, the other with vegetables picked directly from the garden. To finish, prepare a typical dessert. We will all have lunch together eating the prepared dishes paired with local wines.
