The Italian Aperitivo Course takes place at DOC SAN GIMIGNANO, a charming venue with an outdoor loggia, just outside the historic city walls of San Gimignano. The location is easily accessible, with convenient parking available, right in front of the Coop Supermarket.
DOC SAN GIMIGNANO is a cozy focacceria offering seasonal menus and freshly baked bread made every day by hand using natural sourdough. All ingredients are sourced locally, with a focus on KM0 (zero kilometers). The cocktail bar follows the same philosophy, offering a seasonal drink menu with only fresh, local fruit and exceptional attention to detail.
