Set in the beautiful countryside near San Gimignano, this exclusive activity invites you to walk through woods and rolling hills accompanied by an expert falconer and environmental hiking guide, together with a magnificent Harris’s Hawk, one of the most intelligent and widely used birds of prey in falconry.
As you walk, the hawk will display its natural behavior by flying from tree to tree, following the group along the trail and returning to the falconer’s glove when called. This remarkable interaction reflects the species’ natural hunting strategy in the wild, where Harris’s Hawks cooperate and move together through their environment.
