We went for truffle hunting with Domenico and his super truffle puppy (9 months) Cuba. It was very professional yet relaxed and friendly experience with first learning about the World... read more of truffles and then searching for these amasing treats. Cuba was brilliant in sniffing and pointing out the truffles. We had an opportunity to use the special tool to dig the truffles out including the ancient 100 years old family one. The most brilliant bonus was that we travelled with our own dog and this was the only company that allowed a dog (on leash) to join the experience. With Domenico’s experience of truffle dog training, our pup soon found 2 truffles on his own. Last but not least we were amazed that we could keep the (scorzone) truffles found, so we enjoyed the most delicious omelette and pasta a few days after the hunt. It was a great experience for all - humans and dogs. Five start to Domenico and Cuba, and the organising company.
