Living the magic of Arnolfo means savoring a cuisine where tradition, modernity and art encounter a welcoming and careful service. The excellence of the seasonal ingredients are the true protagonists in this symphony of color and taste.
At the Arnolfo restaurant you can take high level cooking classes in a welcoming atmosphere. Participants will not only be guided step by step, but will also live an incredible experience. In one day the would-be chefs will explore the kitchen at all levels, working through course by course e.g. appetizers, first courses, second courses, and discover the various techniques of cooking and food preservation.
Each course will feature bread and fresh pasta making. The advantage of taking a cooking class with Chef Gaetano Trovato, 2 Michelin Star, is that individuals will find themselves working in a real ‘brigade de cuisine’, and feel like an authentic Michelin star chef.
Once the course is completed, the creations will be served at the restaurant, with the support of the staff and the Giovanni Trovato wine selection.
Cost: 390 euros per person, including lunch (tasting menu, wine pairing, water and coffee). Cooking classes will be help on Friday, Sunday or Monday from 9:30 to 12:00 subject to availability

BOOKING METHOD AND CANCELLATION TERMS
- Booking with credit card as guarantee. Payment takes place at the end of the lunch.
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the cooking class. For subsequent cancellations the cost charged will be 180 euros per person.
