The cooking class takes place in a cozy and traditional Italian pizzeria, where a professional pizza chef teaches you the art of making authentic Italian pizza. The chef then guides you through the process of making the perfect pizza dough, sharing tips and tricks along the way. We did the pizza making class with Sara and Andrea at their pizzeria. They showed us how to season the tomato sauce, how to make and press out our bases, and then make and cook the pizza.
Sara’s english is very good which was great, as we do not speak Italian.
It was a fun and enjoyable course and a great way to spend a couple of hours learning more about Italian food.

It’s not often you get great pizza AND strike up a long conversation with the owners of the pizzeria…but this is what happened to us. Andrea and Sara are engaging, kind, and very funny…It’s not often – if ever – you feel so welcome in a pizza shop. Andrea has a good smattering of English, Sara more so. We loved it. An experience we’ll never forget.
