Il nostro chef esperto vi guiderà attraverso la preparazione di deliziose bruschette, utilizzando i prodotti di stagione appena raccolti. We had absolutely incredible time today at the cooking class. The vistas were beautiful. Alessandro and Alice were so much fun and welcoming. The company was great and the food was heavenly. We highly recommend this wonderful experience!

Thank you Alessandro and Alice for a fantastic day of cooking and eating at Saint Ulivieri- the day starts with a tour of the vegetable fields picking fresh tomatoes and herbs then Alice leads a lesson on tagliatelle and gnocchi making , pausing to make bruschetta and taste local wine. Alessandro shows how to make the most beautiful sage and butter gnocchi, lemon tagliatelle and zucchini bruschetta. Sat outside in the Tuscan sun chatting about his passion for food with us we had the most amazing day with laughter and the best italien food with the freshest simplest ingredients. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We had a wonderful day with Alice.She was a charming young woman who told us a lot about the farm and was very clear with her instructions for making the gnocchi and the tagliatelle.Her colleague showed us how to make the most delicious lemon sauce I’ve ever tasted.This was a great hands on experience in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Best cooking class we have ever done, it doesn’t get better than this! Alice and Alessandro treated us like family and shared fun facts along the way. We were mind blown with the amazing food and there were so many unforgettable and special moments we will treasure forever. This is a very special place with people that truly care. This was not only the best cooking class experience I have had, but it was the highlight of my trip. Alessandro and Alice were incredible cooks, hosts and people. The farm is beautiful, the tour of it was great, and the views are insane. Each element of the class was super fun – they are very interactive and helpful throughout the process. The two pastas we made were the best I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend this place enough and the value was incredible. 10/10 experience and I will personally be recommending this to anyone I know going to the Tuscany region.

This class was the highlight of our trip!!! I’ve taken 2 cooking classes on previous trips to italy and this was by far the best one! We learned so much and the food we made was AMAZING!!!! The wine was delicious and I loved that we picked the food right from the farm and used it to make our meal! What a great experience. We will be back someday! Thank you for the most amazing time! Also, the hosts were so kind, fun and engaging! We loved it all so much! Don’t hesitate to book this! It’s worth every penny!

Great day learning authentic pasta making along with fresh potato gnocchi. Alice and Alexandro were wonderful teachers. Fun and patient. Unbelievable fresh ingredients with amazing garden tomatoes that we picked ourselves. Very fun experience and highly recommend.

What a wonderful experience at Sant’Ulivieri farm cooking class. The farm overlooks the Tuscan region, and you can see San Gimignano in the distance. The owners and staff are incredibly welcoming and made the day so enjoyable! We started with a tour of the farm and picked our own tomatoes for bruschetta. We also hand-made pasta and delicious sauces before sitting outside and enjoying our lunch. We were even serenaded by lovely accordion music! Would highly recommend this experience!

My husband and I had the most incredible and authentic cooking class experience! It was just the two of us with our talented chef Barbara. She showed us around the farm/garden area and helped us pick fresh ingredients for our dishes. We made an appetizer, 2 different types of pasta, and a dessert. Also included 2 wines to enjoy! The recipes were sent to us after class so we can now make the delicious dishes at home for family and friends. Can not say enough amazing things about this cooking class!

For those looking for a cooking class in Tuscany, I highly recommend this class at Santulivieri. We enjoyed an appetizer, lots of wine lots of pasta and some great dessert. Oh and an incredible view of San Gimignano.

We had a great time during our cooking class with Barbara who’s a great instructor and fun person. We learnt some really useful skills that we’ll make use of in our future cooking as well. The class was easy to follow while still offering some new insights for those who already know their way around the kitchen. We can warmly recommend it for other couples who like down-to-earth activities in the countryside. However, we do recommend having a car or hiring a taxi to get there as public transport wasn’t an easy option. Grazie di tutto, alla prossima!

The Sant’Uliveri cooking class was one of the highlights of our whole trip! Barbara and Alessandro were fantastic hosts! We made pasta from scratch, two different types of sauce, bruschetta and a chocolate dessert. The food was amazing, and we learned so much about the ingredients and process of rustic Italian cooking. I see so much more authentic homemade Italian food in my future now! If you are looking for a cooking class experience, I highly recommend Sant’Ulivieri! I promise you will not be disappointed!!
