Description

  • Accoglienza con drink di benvenuto con vista mozzafiato sulle colline del Chianti con incantevole scorcio su Barberino Val D’Elsa;
  • Incontro con il nostro chef che vi guiderà nella preparazione di 2/3 tipi di pasta fresca (es. ravioli, tagliatelle, pici, gnocchi…) e salse di condimento abbinate al tipo di pasta.
  • Pranzo che include antipasti a base di affettati e formaggi locali, la pasta preparata dai partecipanti, 1 calice di vino, dessert, acqua e caffè inclusi.

Scopri come preparare la pasta fatta in casa facilmente e con successo!! Con solo farina, acqua e uova ti insegneremo i segreti per fare RAVIOLI, TAGLIATELLE, CAPPELLETTI, GNOCCHI in un posto incantevole immerso tra le suggestive colline del Chianti.

Durante le 3 ore realizzeremo pasta fresca e condimenti preparati interamente dai partecipanti a seconda dei prodotti di stagione, con la guida e la spiegazione dello Chef.

Dopo la preparazione della pasta, potrai finalmente goderne il sapore autentico, degustando dell’ottimo vino del Chianti abbinato al pranzo.

Alla fine della lezione riceverai le ricette da riprodurre a casa insieme ai tuoi amici e familiari.

Le tue necessità alimentari non sono per noi un problema: i nostri corsi sono anche vegetariani, vegani, senza glutine e/o lattosio su richiesta e con ingredienti sempre locali, freschi e di stagione.

    Loved everything about this experience with my family. Our time with Cosimo, Allesandro, and Vilma was something we’ll always highlight with our trip to Italy. Vilma’s love for her craft and patience with our 3 kids was unbelievable. The entire experience is a must do if travelling to this part of Tuscany/Chianti. Amazing!

    We really would advice to take this cooking lesson! The host is very friendly and welcoming en the chefcook can make delicious recipes!
    We took the pasta class and made two different pasta: tagliatelle and ravioli! The host made pictures for us and send us the recipes.
    A month after we went back home from our holiday, we gave it a try to make it again! Delicious; that night we were back in Italy!:)

    Fantastic experience making pasta!
    My girlfriend and I had a great teacher in Vilma who was knowledgable, patient and above all incredibly sweet.

    The location is amazing (with free parking at the location) and you get to eat everything you make with wine and, in our case, also desert. I was absolutely full when we left so this is great as a replacement for a restaurant dinner.

    All on all it was worth every penny and more.

    Would recommend in a heartbeat!
