For those who want to immerse themselves in a tasteful journey through the authentic flavors of Tuscany, this is the perfect solution. The experience consists of the tasting of 4/5 wines and all our olive oils paired with a delicious traditional five courses Tuscan meal.
The wine, Evo oil & Balsamic vinegar tasting with Tuscan meal will start with a short introduction to our farm in front of our Vernaccia vineyard, one of the oldest in San Gimignano.
The Tuscan meal comprises 4 courses: a starter with Traditional bruschetta and crostini, organic pasta with a sauce of the day, local cheeses, cold cuts from Casa Porciatti, and our homemade cake.
This option also includes a choice of at least four organic and biodynamic wines from our farm, such as Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Chianti Colli Senesi, 6 kinds of extra virgin olive oils, natural and flavored, and 3 kinds of Balsamic vinegar. We will explain how to pair each one with the served food.
Available on request vegetarian and vegan options. Please advise us in case of allergies or intolerances before the experience.

- 96 hrs before your scheduled experience date. The refund will be 100% (less taxes and fees).
- From 72 to 24 hrs before your scheduled experience date. The refund will be 50% (less taxes and fees).
- The same day of the booking, no refund is due.
A maximum delay of 15 minutes is considered. Further delays, without any notice from the customer, will be treated as “no-show“, the reservation will be canceled and no refund will be made.

This beautiful family owned vineyard it’s an absolute must if you planing to visit the marvelous town of San Gimignano. It’s only 15 minutes away by foot or you can take the 130 buss that comes from Poggibonsi.
We reserved ahead the wine, olive oil and balsamic vinegar experience. You get to sit and have a wonderful view of Tuscany, they give you 5 wines to try, the Vernaccia is absolutely amazing! Then you can try al the different olive oils and vinegars. You should plan to stay there atapuce 2 hours! You have after and before to visit San Gimignano since it’s a really small town.
The family is so nice and give you personalized experience! Would 100% recommend it if you are traveling around Tuscany!

This place is beautiful!!! And the experience was amazing. We started with a mini tour of the vineyards and they explained all the different crops and processes to us. Then we did the tasting. The wines, olive oils, and vinegar were great and the food and cheese were a nice added touch.
Bonus points for the family dogs on the property that you could pet and play with.

Abbiamo approfittato della vacanza a Siena per concederci una degustazione di vini e l’occhio è caduto subito su quest’azienda. Siamo stati accolti da una giovane ragazza che ci ha accompagnati sia nello scoprire il podere, la vigna e gli uliveti ma anche in una vera e propria scoperta dei vini autoctoni. Deliziosa la Vernaccia, così come i rossi in cui spicca il Pico di cui abbiamo acquistato una bottiglia. Cibo eccellente, così come l’ospitalità e la passione che accompagnano questa azienda a conduzione famigliare. Consigliatissimo a chi vuole coccolarsi con dell’ottimo vino!

I have been to multiple wineries in Napa and Tuscany and this is hands down the best winery experience I have had! The property is so beautiful with San Gimignano in the background. The staff was helpful and made great effort in explaining the history and process behind making the wines. I fell in love with Vernaccia and can’t wait to get it shipped to the US.
