Description
Poderi Arcangelo Winery proposes wine tastings with visit to the “Barricaia”, our cellar with barrels, also for people at their first experience here at Poderi Arcangelo Farm holidays, with our organic wines and Tuscan extra virgin olive oil.
The wine tasting takes place in our panoramic terrace with view on the Tuscan countryside and on the towers of San Gimignano, the medieval Manhattan, and the medieval town of Certaldo Alto, where Giovanni Boccaccio of Decameron was born.
The visit will be in English and Italian and it takes about 1 hour time, to be shared with other people. You will discover the history of the family owners and you will understand how the wine is produced, looking at the vineyards and the olive trees around our farmhouse.
The experience of Poderi Arcangelo Farm in Tuscany and scrupulous attention to every stage of production, from ripening of the grapes at harvest, to step into the barrels of our cellars, allows us to deliver to your table the pleasure of tasting some of the best red and white wines IGT, DOC and DOCG wines from Tuscan hills of Chianti. Our wines are award-winning and cited by the most famous and authoritative Italian wine guides.
Tasting of 4 labels of organic wine of our production and extra virgin olive oil, with a visit to our bariccaia in combination with cold cuts and bruschetta for about 1 hour.
