Piacere di conoscerti, sono Francesca, la proprietaria del B&B Il Fienile. Incontrami nella mia casa e condividi il calore dell’ospitalità italiana.
Cosa faremo?
Impara a tirare la pasta fresca a mano e a preparare due semplici tipi di pasta partendo da zero, proprio come faceva la nonna… imparerai a conoscere i vari formati: tagliatelle, ravioli e tortiglioni.
Dove?
Tutto questo avverrà nel nostro giardino di fronte alla vista più bella di San Gimignano, famosa per le sue torri, circondata dalla campagna toscana, tra uliveti e vigneti.
Cin Cin e… Assaggiamo la nostra pasta!
Un aperitivo ti attende alla fine dell’esperienza. 1 bicchiere di vino rosso o 1 bicchiere di vino bianco locale, accompagnato da un piatto di famosi salumi della zona.
Assaggeremo solo un tipo di pasta scelto senza condimento per gustare meglio l’impasto.

No trip to Italy is complete without a pasta cooking class and this one in San Gimignano is truly special with the best host and views! Francesca was super warm and welcoming and really breaks down how to make pasta in a way that is easy for everyone. 10/10 would recommend!

Pasta making with the lovely Francesca was the highlight of our trip. The location and view of San Gimignano is unbeatable. We were given some delicious food and wine and in between all this we actually made some pasta! I would highly recommend this experience.

We had such an amazing time! We went as a group of 6 girls and it felt like we were being welcomed as friends into Francesca and Mauro’s home. Such a fun experience in a magical location just outside of San Gimignano. We were able to easily walk there from the centre of town. We appreciated how kind and funny they were. We were offered a lot of delicious food and wine, and loved it all! Thank you for your hospitality and such a great experience.
