Spectacular view of Tuscany. We had a great time learning how to make pasta. Sarah was an awesome host, everyone was helpful during the pasta-making class. The food was delicious. The ingredients all came from the farm, including the olive oil, wines, and meats. We are glad that Italy decided to invest in Agriturismo

We had the absolute best time at our pasta class and then dinner. So much food. I was disappointed they were sold out of there cookbook but I was able to order it. Wine was very good. Would love to go back!

Fattoria Poggio Alloro, the Fiorini family's agriturismo, was truly a magical experience! Prior to arriving at the farm, my husband and I had purchased a copy of Sarah Fiorini's cookbook: A Family Farm in Tuscany. Although we already had a glimpse of paradise, words cannot possibly describe the beauty we encountered upon arriving at the farm---rolling Tuscan hills overlooking the medieval towers of San Gimignano, an abundance of sublime cuisine de terroir and wines enjoyed in a convivial atmosphere of long tables shared with people from various cultures ... One can taste this family's love of the land in the food they cultivate and prepare. We even had the opportunity to learn how to prepare some of the family's traditional Tuscan recipes in one of Sarah's cooking classes. It was so much fun!
The bond we made with this family will never be broken. Sarah, Amico, Renzo, Adelina, Marta, Russ (and all the others!) --Grazie mille! We miss you all so much! Ciao for now...
