Fattoria Poggio Alloro is a family-run organic farm where they produce: wine, extra virgin olive oil, durum wheat pasta and saffron. The Chianine breeding is the only one in the municipality of San Gimignano, it has about 50 cattle, they graze freely in the fields around the lake and are also fed with the organic products that we cultivate specifically for them such as barley, corn, oats, and hay.<\/p>\n

Sharing is the basis of our philosophy. We like our guests to get familiar with old country traditions, to experience the beauty of nature, and enjoy the genuine and organic products of our land. A vacation or a stop at Fattoria Poggio Alloro will give you the opportunity to fully appreciate the true spirit and essence of Tuscan culture and tradition. You will soon feel at ease thanks to the warm, friendly, and cheerful atmosphere that originates from our organic lifestyle and family values.<\/p>\n
